Using your Cyberlytics account and client dashboard

Started by Johnathon Nguyen on

Your Cyberlytics account and dashboard work together, but they organize different tasks. Account pages help you manage your identity, contact information, and security. The dashboard helps you follow the client work available to your account. Sign in with your own account, and keep login links, passwords, and recovery codes private.

Use the account tabs

Open your account to find the shared workspace navigation:

  • Overview returns to the dashboard.
  • Account opens your account overview.
  • Settings opens the account editing form.
  • Security opens your available two-factor authentication settings.
  • More → Profile & company opens the portal profile and company information you are allowed to edit.

The tabs use the same layout on desktop and mobile. Available links depend on your permissions, so your account may show fewer options. Use the labels in your own workspace rather than copying a link containing another person's account number.

Find the work you need

The client dashboard brings together your available activity and next steps. Its main shortcuts include Overview, Bookings, Projects, and Support. The More menu provides additional destinations, including account and billing links when available.

Use a project's page to review the information shared with you, its status, and related updates or files. Use a support request for a focused question about client work, and keep follow-up in the relevant conversation so the context stays together. Booking, order, and invoice links show the records your account is authorized to access; an empty list can simply mean there are no matching records yet.

Search and return to useful views

Use workspace search to find authorized projects, support requests, and updates. Collection filters help narrow a particular list. Saved views lets you keep useful filtered views and choose one again later; saving a view does not change the underlying records or give access to someone else's work.

Check the current filters if an expected record is not visible. If you still need help, describe what you expected to find in private support. Avoid posting screenshots of client records, private documents, invoice details, or contact information in this public forum.

Choose the right help channel

This topic is for general questions about finding your way around the workspace. For your own project, booking, bill, or account, use private dashboard support. If you cannot sign in, use the contact page without including credentials. Staff accounts can have different navigation and management tools; this guide describes the client experience.

Which part of the workspace would benefit from a clearer explanation? Describe the navigation label or task, without sharing private records.
