Sales Representative

Work arrangement

This role requires in-person work in Greater Houston, TX. You must be able to commute reliably or relocate before your start date.

What you will do

• Respond promptly to phone, email, and website inquiries during assigned business hours.

• Ask structured discovery questions about the prospect's goals, current website or marketing, timeline, and decision process.

• Explain relevant Cyberlytics services accurately and schedule consultations with the right specialist.
• Record contact details, conversation context, qualification notes, and follow-up tasks in the sales system.
• Recognize poor fit, unclear requirements, or unsupported requests and involve the appropriate technical or commercial teammate.

What we are looking for

• Strong listening, concise communication, organization, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort discussing digital services with nontechnical buyers after training.
• Customer-facing, inside-sales, service, or appointment-setting experience or comparable practical evidence.
• Ability to commute reliably to Greater Houston, TX and maintain accurate records throughout the day.
