Operations Manager

Work arrangement

This hybrid role requires regular travel to Greater Houston, TX for in-person work. Your manager will confirm the weekly schedule.

What you will do

• Plan team capacity, queues, service targets, handoffs, escalation paths, and coverage for expected demand.

• Review booking, response, completion, and exception data to identify operational risks and recurring failures.
• Coordinate recovery when scheduling, automation, staffing, or client-handoff problems interrupt service.

• Maintain clear procedures, checklists, accountabilities, and measurement for recurring operational work.
• Coach operations staff and align priorities and changes with sales, delivery, and leadership.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience leading service, scheduling, support, or workflow operations.
• Strong capacity planning, process design, incident response, metrics, and coaching judgment.
• Ability to improve systems while communicating calmly and clearly during exceptions.
• Ability to commute regularly to Greater Houston, TX and collaborate with client-facing and delivery teams.
