Senior Developer

Work arrangement

This hybrid role requires regular travel to Greater Houston, TX for in-person work. Your manager will confirm the weekly schedule.

What you will do

• Design and implement complex Drupal features, integrations, migrations, and performance improvements.

• Investigate production issues using logs, profiling, reproducible test cases, and controlled fixes.

• Write automated tests and review code for security, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
• Break ambiguous requests into clear technical work and communicate estimates, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor other developers and contribute reusable documentation and engineering practices.

What we are looking for

• Strong examples of production PHP, Drupal, front-end, API, or DevOps work.
• Experience debugging complex systems and writing meaningful automated tests.
• Sound judgment about secure coding, performance, configuration management, and maintainable design.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and collaborate through review and delivery.
