Work arrangement

This hybrid role requires regular travel to Greater Houston, TX for in-person work. Your manager will confirm the weekly schedule.

What you will do

• Implement scoped Drupal, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS features using project conventions and version control.
• Configure content types, views, forms, and integrations without modifying contributed or vendor code.

• Write tests, document changes, and verify responsive, accessible, and secure behavior.

• Reproduce defects, identify likely causes, and deliver reviewed fixes with rollback awareness.
• Communicate progress, questions, and blockers early and participate constructively in code review.

What we are looking for

• A relevant portfolio, repository, coursework, freelance work, or production examples.
• Working knowledge of web fundamentals and at least one relevant server-side or front-end stack.
• Careful use of Git, testing, debugging tools, and secure input and output handling.
• Ability to follow established workflows, accept feedback, and explain how work was verified.
