Work arrangement

This hybrid role requires regular travel to Greater Houston, TX for in-person work. Your manager will confirm the weekly schedule.

What you will do

• Audit crawlability, indexation, templates, internal links, structured data, local signals, content, and conversion paths.

• Translate findings into prioritized tickets with evidence, expected impact, dependencies, and verification steps.
• Work with developers and writers to implement and quality-check technical and on-page improvements.

• Monitor Search Console, analytics, rankings, and lead quality to identify changes that require investigation.
• Prepare clear client reports that explain completed work, observed outcomes, limitations, and next actions without guarantees.

What we are looking for

• Practical examples from technical SEO, content systems, analytics, local search, or search troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Search Console, analytics, crawling tools, HTML, metadata, and structured data.
• Ability to distinguish correlation, completed implementation, and measurable business impact.
• Clear writing and effective collaboration with developers, marketers, and clients.
