Work arrangement

This hybrid role requires regular travel to Greater Houston, TX for in-person work. Your manager will confirm the weekly schedule.

What you will do

• Maintain content calendars, briefs, source files, assignments, approvals, publishing dates, and follow-up tasks.

• Interview subject-matter experts and turn approved information into clear audience-appropriate drafts.

• Repurpose long-form material across web, email, and social channels without changing factual meaning.
• Publish or schedule approved content and respond to routine community activity using escalation guidelines.
• Track useful actions, maintain asset organization, and flag factual, reputation, copyright, accessibility, or privacy concerns.

What we are looking for

• Strong editing, organization, audience awareness, and deadline-management skills.
• A portfolio or practical examples of web content, social media, email, or community work.
• Ability to verify facts and preserve brand voice across different formats and channels.
• Responsible use of AI as an assistive tool with accountable human review and source checking.
